Nataša Dobrinić holds the position of Head of the project management department at RGO Communications Ltd.
Having graduated from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb, Nataša starts working at Inland Navigation Development Center Ltd. as office manager and translator, shortly gets promoted to a Project Manager and two years later is awarded the position of Head of the project management department. She was in charge of project implementation of numerous transport sector related projects financed by the IPA programme (South East Europe, CBC HU-HR, CBC HR-BiH, CBC HR-RS), as well as projects financed by the Union Programmes, the Seventh Framework Programme for research, technological development and demonstrative activities - FP7. Nataša was the project manager of NELI (SEE), RISING (FP7), A3S (Adriatic Neighbourhood Programme), while supervising the implementation of Sava Navigo (IPA, CBC HR-BiH), PLATINA (FP7) and numerous commercial projects as the head of the department.
The project management work consists of all necessary steps, starting from project proposal elaboration, project application, contracting proceedings and project implementation:
•project team management;
•project implementation monitoring;
•expenditure forecasting;
•financial management in accordance with the national and EU accounting regulation;
•procurement in accordance with national and PRAG regulations;
•project documentation management in order to facilitate reporting towards the contracting authority and external audits.
Unreserved, approachable, demonstrating strong organizational, presentation and communication skills.

Paolo Licul
Paolo Licul is a Software Engineer with experience in developing business applications, backend systems and modern web solutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Rijeka. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the development and maintenance of software solutions across various business domains, including logistics, ERP systems, and both maritime and inland container transportation.
His expertise includes the development of applications based on Java and Spring Boot technologies, REST API design and implementation, modern web interfaces using React, Next.js and TypeScript, as well as working with relational databases. He has gained valuable experience in the development, implementation and customization of container terminal systems, as well as in maintaining and enhancing existing business solutions and legacy applications.
Paolo is recognized for his analytical mindset, commitment to delivering high-quality solutions, and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and business requirements. He is particularly motivated by web application development, business process optimization, and finding simple yet effective solutions to complex technical challenges.
In his spare time, he regularly works out at the gym, keeps up with emerging technologies and development tools, and enjoys video games and other forms of digital entertainment. He believes that almost every problem can be solved through careful analysis—and that the best code is often the code that never had to be written.
